We know that former Buccaneers’ coach Sam Wyche didn’t achieve the success he hoped for while in town. But, he did set the team up for future success, and his recent success is nothing short of a miracle.
As reported by Greg Auman in the Tampa Bay Times, it got very grim for the former coach. If you weren’t aware, he needed a life-saving heart transplant which he received, read about it here.
What you may not know, however, is that it came down to the last day he could receive one. The doctors were preparing him to be moved to Hospice care where he could be made comfortable.
