Saturday was the first time that the Buccaneers were in pads, and although full contact was not allowed, players were permitted to make some contact. The defense took full advantage in what was a dominant performance, especially on the line. Several defenders picked up would-be sacks, including Gerald McCoy and Jacquies Smith.
