Over the past two seasons, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have finished in the basement of the NFC South under former head coach Dirk Koetter with back-to-back 5-11 seasons. Koetter out, Bruce Arians in at head coach and with the two-time coach of the year comes high expectations within the community of Tampa Bay.
Along with the change at head coach came a facelift of the roster. The Buccaneers finally decided to move on from defensive tackle Gerald McCoy and bring in a guy picked one spot ahead of him in Ndamukong Suh to replace him.
