Tampa Bay Buccaneers enter the 2019 NFL Draft fully committed to Jameis Winston in the last year of his rookie contract. They have also re-signed third string quarterback Ryan Griffin to a two-year deal, and signed former first round pick and journeyman Blaine Gabbert to a one-year deal this offseason. However, due to the short-term nature of each of these contracts, the Bucs could be looking for a quarterback on the last day of the draft.
With the commitment fully on the shoulders of Winston, the conversation remains guys in this quarterback class that will be available from the fourth round and beyond, rather than who to select between Dwyane Haskins and Drew Lock with the fifth overall pick.
