The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 2015 NFL draft class consists of a franchise quarterback, two starting offensive linemen and a whole lot of backups. And with that draft in the books, we can start looking to the 2016 NFL draft. Because that's what the Bucs' seasons have revolved around over the past decade or so: which players will they get to finally get them back to their winning ways?
