What happened on Syracuse QB Eric Dungey's overtime interception at Pittsburgh?

Pittsburgh -- Syracuse football and Pittsburgh played for roughly four-and-a-half hours at Heinz Field on Saturday, including a 69-minute weather delay.

Ultimately, for the Orange, the contest came down to one play.

After the Panthers scored on the initial play of overtime, SU needed a touchdown to keep the game going. And on the first play of that possession, senior quarterback Eric Dungey was intercepted on a pass intended for Nykeim Johnson in the end zone.

"We had a 1-on-1 with Nykeim," Dungey said. "I had pressure on me so I wasn't really able to (step) into the throw.
