Syracuse's honored jerseys: Who wore them before and after the ceremony?

Syracuse University has honored the jerseys of 12 former players. Most recently, SU officials recognized Roosevelt Bouie and Louis Orr, who were teammates from 1976 to 1980. The halftime ceremony saw Bouie and Orr presented with framed jerseys while replicas were unveiled alongside the previously honored jerseys in the row near the Carrier Dome's roof.

But since Syracuse doesn't actually retire the number, Orr's No. 55 and Bouie's No. 50 remain in circulation. The same is true for Dave Bing's No. 22 and all the other honored jerseys.

The honored jerseys often remain unused. For instance, no player has worn Carmelo Anthony's No.
