Syracuse Women's Soccer: Goalkeeper Brosnan's Effort Not Enough in Loss to #16 Notre Dame

The Orange could barely muster any offense, other than their five corner kicks, in their ninth loss of the season.

Syracuse (4-9-1, 0-5-0 ACC) traveled to South Bend, Indiana last night to face No. 16 Notre Dame (9-3-1, 2-3-0 ACC) in their latest ACC clash. The Orange failed to generate many chances to score, despite Courtney Brosnan's stellar performance to keep all but one of the Fighting Irish's attempts from trickling past her.

Notre Dame came into the game on a two-game losing streak, looking to get back on track to secure a spot in the ACC and NCAA tournaments.
