Pretty good weekend for the Syracuse Orange women’s lacrosse team, yeah?
On Saturday, they beat the Florida Gators in the NCAA quarterfinals to advance to their first Final Four since 2016, where they’re now set to take on the Northwestern Wildcats this Friday, May 28 at 2:30 p.m. ET on ESPN U.
But the good-news-weekend actually started last Friday for SU, while their quarterfinal fate still hung in the balance, when Inside Lacrosse revealed their Division I All-Americans for the 2021 season as voted on by the media that cover the women’s game.
