The Syracuse Orange were due for another good game after their disappointing overtime loss to No. 3 Florida this past Tuesday. They got exactly that and more in their 14-8 victory over Virginia on Saturday.
Syracuse's freshman attacker Nicole Levy and senior attacker Kayla Treanor got the team rolling with goals within the first four minutes of the game. Virginia's sophomore midfielder Kasey Behr found the back of the net a little over a minute later, but that would be as close as the Hoos would get for the rest of the game.
