Syracuse women's basketball sets 3-point mark to sink North Carolina

Backed by one of the most impressive 3-point performances of the season, the Orange sunk a program and Atlantic Coast Conference record 20 buckets from downtown to earn their fourth-straight win with a 86-80 victory over North Carolina on Thursday night.

Gabrielle Cooper and Miranda Drummond scored 28 and 24 points, respectively, and combined for 15 3-pointers in the win.

Tiana Mangakahia recorded her 14th double-double with 10 points and 14 assists bringing her single-season assist total to 282. The Australia native is currently tied with Lindsay Allen (2017) for the ACC single-season assists record with one regular season game to play.
