The Syracuse Orange women’s basketball team has signed its fourth transfer student athlete this offseason. Guard Najé Murray will transfer from Texas Tech to Syracuse next season for her graduate year.
During one season at Texas Tech, Murray averaged 7.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game in 19 starts. She shot 37% from behind the arc in 2020-21.
Murray transferred to Tech after two years at San Diego State. In her sophomore season with SDSU, Murray set the school record for most three-pointers in a single season (81).
