Syracuse head softball coach Mike Bosch has left his position in order to take a job as an assistant coach with the University of Florida, according to releases from the two schools.
The Gators advanced to the quarterfinals of the College World Series last year and the program is one of the best in the country. Florida won national titles in 2014 and 2015, and was the national runner-up in 2017. Bosch will serve as the school's pitching coach.
Syracuse will always be a special place and I am so grateful to have been a part of @CuseSB for the last 4 years, but @EllenBastoni and I are beyond excited to be part of @GatorsSB and we are thankful to @_TimWalton and @ScottStricklin for bringing us to Gainesville!
