Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse football fans have known they have a special talent in junior quarterback Eric Dungey since he started playing his freshman year.
Pro Football Focus has consistently graded Dungey as one of the Orange's top players this year. Now, after leading Syracuse to a 27-24 upset of then-No. 2 Clemson on Friday, he's sitting among the best signal-callers in the nation.
PFF released its season-to-date grades and Dungey is slotted fourth, ahead of Louisville's Lamar Jackson, the reigning Heishman Trophy winner.
