When the Syracuse Orange face the North Carolina Tar Heels this weekend, there will be no mistaking what the school colors and team name are (for once).
As we’ve known for some time now, Saturday is the showcase event of homecoming Orange Central, and that means SU is going with an “Orange Out” for the event. There are t-shirts to buy, and friends and bars to become reacquainted with. But it also means the Orange will actually wear... orange for the game, as was confirmed on Friday.
Since we’ve actually had all of the orange uniform elements in our possession (2015), SU has worn these duds five times total — though just twice before Saturday with Dino Babers as coach.
