2019 was really looking like the year of Steve Ishmael for the Indianapolis Colts. The former Syracuse football wideout re-signed with the team back in January for another go-around after spending his rookie season with the Colts.
According to several beat reporters and people inside the building, Ishmael was having a phenomenal training camp with Indianapolis.
Steve was one of the last roster cuts of 2018 and ended up on the practice squad for a large portion of the season and he was even brought up to the active roster, although he never made his official NFL debut.
