Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse coach Dino Babers joked earlier this year he couldn't say too much about the younger brother of one of his current quarterbacks because of the possibility he would be recruited to play for the Orange.
That proved to be a harbinger for Thursday's news that Judge Culpepper, the brother of Syracuse freshman quarterback Rex Culpepper, received a scholarship offer from the Orange's new coaching staff.
