Syracuse, N.Y. -- Class of 2018 junior college wide receiver Jaron Woodyard will take an official visit to Syracuse football this weekend, he tweeted Thursday night.
The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Arizona Western College sophomore is rated three stars and the No. 4 JUCO wideout this cycle by 247Sports.com's composite rankings. Woodyard has offers from SU, Arizona, Maryland, Tennessee and West Virginia, among others, and took an official visit to Central Florida earlier this fall.
A Maryland native., Woodyard played previously at Watkins Mill High School and The Avalon School in Gaithersburg, Md. He is a December graduate with three years left to use two seasons of eligibility.
