Syracuse, N.Y. -- Before Vincent Reynolds' visit to Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, Ga., on Thursday, Nick Fulwider was about ready to wrap up his recruitment.
Fulwider, a Class of 2018 defensive lineman, was down to a Top 3 -- North Carolina, Arkansas and Vanderbilt -- and was planning on committing as early as Nov. 1. Then Reynolds attended Sandy Creek's practice on Thursday, spoke with Fulwider afterward and extended a scholarship offer.
"I was shocked," Fulwider said via Twitter direct message. "I have a lot of respect for Syracuse football so it's indeed an honor.
