A lot of Syracuse Orange fans aren’t surprised that the team is 3-0 at this point in the season. Coming into the 2023 season we knew that despite losing several key contributors, the Orange were returning a lot of production from last season’s 7-6 squad.
On Saturday night at Purdue, many of the veterans stepped up and made key plays to keep Syracuse undefeated. After a shanked punt, Purdue got the ball in great field position on their opening drive. The Boilermakers drove down the field and had a 2nd and 1 from the 5 yard line.
