There are only 2 weeks left in the regular season for the Alliance of American Football. Here’s how the former Syracuse football players did this week.

Amba Etta-Tawo, WR, Birmingham Iron

  • “The Birmingham Iron will officially be one of the final four teams come playoff time in the Alliance of American Football”, says Marq Burnett of the AAF. That was thanks to a 17-9 victory over the Atlanta Legends.
  • After leading the Iron in receiving last week, Etta-Tawo was only targeted once in the playoff-clinching win.

Ervin Philips, WR, Atlanta Legends

  • The Atlanta Legends suffered another defeat, at least Erv Philips wasn’t active in the game to take the blame for it.
