Syracuse Football: Former Orange WR Marvin Harrison Elected to Pro Football Hall Of Fame

Former Syracuse Orange wide receiver Marvin Harrison was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Saturday evening. Harrison is now the eighth former Orange to be enshrined in Canton.

Harrison played at Syracuse for four years, finishing his career with 135 catches for a school-record 2,728 yards. In addition, his 20 career touchdowns ranks second all-time in Syracuse history, behind only Rob Moore. Harrison's most prolific season came during his senior year in 1995, when he led the Orange with 56 catches for 1,131 yards and eight touchdowns. Syracuse finished the season with an impressive 9-3 record.
