As a matter of fact this weekend the XFL makes its debut!
The XFL consists of eight football franchises: Seattle Dragons, DC Defenders, LA Wildcats, Houston Roughnecks, Tampa Bay Vipers, New York Guardians, St. Louis BattleHawks, and the Dallas Renegades.
Syracuse football fans should be excited because, on Sunday, February 9 at 5:00 p.m. on ESPN the Renegades will roll out former Orange quarterback Eric Dungey.
Earlier this week Dallas released its first depth chart ahead of Week 1 and Eric is listed as the backup quarterback to Landry Jones.
