Check another open date off the list for future Syracuse Orange football schedules. Syracuse will host the Wagner Seahawks on September 24, 2022 to complete that season’s non-conference slate.
Along with Wagner, SU will travel to Connecticut on September 10 and host Purdue on September 17, while Notre Dame comes to the Carrier Dome at a date TBD.
The Orange last faced Wagner in 2018 — a 62-10 victory that saw Eric Dungey toss five touchdowns and Dontae Strickland run in two. Andre Cisco also picked off two passes, while Trill Williams scored a touchdown on a blocked punt.
