Carter Bonner, a 2027 4-star athlete from the Pittsburgh area, will be in attendance on Friday night as Syracuse football hosts North Carolina, a source confirms to me.
The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Bonner is a top-10 athlete and a top-200 national prospect in the 2027 class. He attends Penn Hills High School in Penn Hills, Pa., near Pittsburgh. According to his X page, Bonner only played in four games in the 2025 season due to an injury. He was an All-Conference wide receiver in 2024.
Per recruiting services, it doesn't look like Bonner holds an offer from the Orange at this point, although that could certainly change.
