The Syracuse Orange field hockey team finished their West Coast road swing with a perfect 3-0 record. They began their home schedule over the weekend and while the scenery might be different the outcome was the same.
The Orange scored four goals for the third time in four games this year and cruised to a 4-0 win over UMass on Sunday.
Senior Emma Russell got SU on the board at the 14-minute mark thanks to a nice give-and-go from grad student Alma Fenne. That duo hooked up again early in the second half to put the Orange up 2-0.
