Once again, the Syracuse Orange have defeated the Clemson Tigers. The final Learfield Director’s Cup standings for 2017-18 were released and Syracuse finished in 46th place which is a drop of two spots from last year but two spots in front of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, six places ahead of Clemson and 49 spots better than the Boston College Eagles.
Men’s Track & Field and Women’s Rowing were the big scorers for the Orange in this final update. Syracuse received 50 points from track thanks to the scoring efforts of Justyn Knight and Aidan Tooker which led Syracuse to a 24th-place finish.
