Syracuse basketball’s Tyus Battle had a storied career with the ‘Cuse, including dancing his way into the Sweet 16 in 2018.
Over his three seasons at Syracuse, Battle became a fan favorite and a leader for the Orange. He averaged 16 points a game and always had the ball in his hands for the crucial moments. Tyus also cracked the top-20 list of Syracuse all-time scorers, per orangehoops.org.
There was no doubt that Battle was a great college player, but the question was how his play would translate to the next level.
