For those who don’t already know, Tyus Battle is one of the most under-appreciated shooting guards college hoops has to offer.
Despite averaging the second most points per game (19.7) in the NCAA’s most competitive conference, Battle has still been left off most NBA mock drafts.
Battle’s offensive consistency this season is notable. Monday night, the 20-year-old became the first Syracuse player since 2010 to score 25 or more points in five separate games in the same year. Among these performances include a career-high 37-points in Syracuse’ 101-91 loss to Florida State in 20T this past January.
