Syracuse, N.Y. -- Joe Girard III is the all-time scoring lead in New York state basketball history.
The highly-touted shooting guard is also proving to be quite the scoring threat on the football field.
On Saturday, Girard guided Glens Falls High School to a 48-12 rout of rival Hudson Falls on Saturday. Girard, a three-year starter at quarterback, threw for four touchdowns and ran for another as Glens Falls retained trophy in the annual Jug Game.
Girard's touchdown passes came on throws of 45, 20, 70 and 65 yards. He completed 11 out of 15 pass attempts for 303 yards.
