During the majority of the 21st century, the Syracuse basketball team has been considered among the best programs in the nation. Last season was actually the first time since 1981-82 that the Orange were never included in a major top 25 poll.
This season is a different story for Syracuse. The Orange were apart of both preseason rankings for the Associated Press Top 25 and the Coaches Poll and on Monday, the school moved up in the most recent AP Top 25.
Syracuse is now sitting at No. 15 in the AP Top 25, up one spot from where they were a week ago.
