The Syracuse basketball crew has begun the 2019-20 campaign with five contests on the hill if you include when Bucknell arrives at the Carrier Dome this Saturday afternoon.
Following the Orange’s tilt with the Bison, the ‘Cuse will take a road trip to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., at the end of November, where Syracuse will collide with Oklahoma State and then either Ole Miss or Penn State as part of the 2019 NIT Season Tip-Off.
While that event is undoubtedly an opportunity for the Orange (3-1, 0-1) to notch a pair of triumphs versus high-quality non-conference competition, the ‘Cuse better not get complacent in its battle with Bucknell (2-3).
