Syracuse basketball continues to dole out offers to high school sophomores.
On Saturday night, per 247Sports national analyst Dushawn London, the Orange staff offered a scholarship to 2028 five-star shooting guard/small forward Kevin Wheatley Jr., who hails from Rahway, N.J., near New York City.
A huge congrats to Kevin! The 6-foot-7, 200-pound Wheatley had been playing for Our Saviour Lutheran High School in the Bronx, N.Y., as part of the Atlanta-based professional league Overtime Elite, but in mid-October of this year, he transferred to the powerhouse Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H.
