The Syracuse basketball program just suffered one of the biggest gut punches in recent memory. Consensus top-10 recruit Darius Bazley and Syracuse commit has decommitted from the Orange.
Yet back in July he signed his National Letter of Intent with the Cuse. Despite that he has backpedaled out of that conversation to go pro. In a Yahoo Sports report from Shams Charania reveals that Bazley intends to go pro and by signing on in the NBA G league.
This past season for the Orange was a miracle. The team went to the Sweet 16 despite a limited bench and poor offensive ability.
