Syracuse basketball is among numerous high-major squads that are showing interest in 2022 five-star center Enoch Boakye, who last week revealed that he would de-commit from Michigan State.
According to various articles, including a new one from 247Sports national analyst Travis Branham, the Orange and other collegiate teams have inquired with Boakye’s high-school coach about the 6-foot-10 big man, who is a junior at the George Harris Preparatory Academy in Mississauga, Ontario.
Per Branham, the four schools that have had the “most direct contact with Boakye” are Oklahoma State, Maryland, Texas Tech and fellow Atlantic Coast Conference foe Wake Forest.
