Syracuse basketball has offered scholarships to a range of 2023 prospects, including multiple top-flight players who rank in the top-25 to the top-50 nationally in this recruiting cycle.
One of those targets is four-star wing Gavin Griffiths, who performed at a lights-out level during the grassroots basketball circuit over the summer. That, in turn, has led to his stock soaring, both in terms of offers received and his national ratings within the 2023 class.
The 6-foot-7 Griffiths is a junior at the Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford, Conn., and he plays in AAU competitions for the Boston-based Expressions Elite Basketball.
