Curtis Givens III, a four-star point guard in the 2024 class who has played quite well this spring on the AAU circuit, announced his top seven on Twitter, and Syracuse basketball didn’t make the cut.
The 6-foot-3 Givens, a native of Memphis, Tenn., says his top seven consists of LSU, Memphis, Texas, 2023 national champion UConn, Georgia Tech, Indiana and Villanova, which won recent national titles in 2016 and 2018.
The Orange coaching staff offered a scholarship to Givens this past February. However, more recently, in late April, the ‘Cuse offered fellow 2024 four-star point guard Mikey Lewis.
