Syracuse basketball 2022 high-priority target Chance Westry is changing prep schools for his senior year, although he will remain on the west coast.
The 6-foot-5 Westry, an elite combo guard, recently said via Twitter that he is transferring to Hillcrest Prep in Gilbert, Ariz. He previously suited up at the Sierra Canyon School in Chatsworth, Calif.
A native of Harrisburg, Pa., the four-star Westry attended Trinity High School in Camp Hill, Pa., before competing for the Sierra Canyon School.
According to the MaxPreps Web site, Hillcrest Prep sported a stellar 37-1 record during the 2020-21 campaign.
