The Syracuse Orange picked up an ever-so-important win at home Wednesday night over the Louisville Cardinals. The victory over the Cardinals gets Syracuse its third quadrant one win of the year at a time when the Orange really needed a big win. The top three teams in the ACC still loom large on the schedule.
Louisville as important as any other win
The Duke win for Syracuse is undoubtedly the biggest of the season, but given the potential asterisk that is the omission of Tre Jones and Cam Reddish, the Orange really needed to solidify itself with another quality win or two.
