The Syracuse Orange track and field teams took the “divide and conquer” approach last weekend. The team participated in three separate meets: The Larry Ellis Invitational at Princeton, the Virginia Challenge and the Georgia Tech Invitational and at each stop the Orange were turning in strong performances.
Kadejhia Sellers was the top performer of the weekend as she captured two more Syracuse school records. Sellers broke Sandy McFarland’s 400m record with a time of 52.88, which is the 2nd-fastest in the ACC this season. Then Sellers teamed with Victoria Parker, Justice Richardson, and Dasia Pressley, for the 4x100m relay.
