SYRACUSE, N.Y. – A fixture in the world of college football recruiting, Ryan Bartow has been hired as Syracuse's director of high school relations, Orange head football coach Dino Babers announced on Monday. Bartow held the same position at Oregon in 2018 and most recently worked as a scout for the coaching technology company XOS Digital.
"Ryan has worked in recruiting and player evaluation for more than a decade," Babers said. "He's an excellent addition to our staff."
At XOS Digital, Bartow was the company's West Coast scout. He evaluated prospects for XOS's recruit database and generated reports for college program subscribers.
