Syracuse, N.Y. — As the professional basketball season crosses the midway point, a number of former Syracuse players are dealing with nagging injuries in the pros.
New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony missed the team's previous two games with a sprained ankle sustained stepping on an official, Jerami Grant missed two games while dealing with a strained left calf and Rakeem Christmas is currently playing with a mask due to a broken nose.
The Knicks have already begun to feel just how much Anthony's absence impacts the team.
