You’ve heard this a lot over the last two years, but once again the Syracuse Orange track and field team was led by Paige Stoner over the weekend. The senior made her 2019 3000m steeplechase debut and won the Virginia Challenge in a time of 10:01.36. This time is now the fastest in the ACC this season and teammate Laura Dickinson’s 10:10.92 at Virginia is 3rd on the ACC list which sets the Orange up to place well in the event next month.
Stoner has top 10 times in the country in the steeple and 10k and she looks poised to earn All-America honors in her final season.
