Syracuse, N.Y. — The numbers seem to support the notion that what will be on display this evening in the Carrier Dome will be a match between a championship contender … and a championship hopeful.
The former? That would be North Carolina (14-2), which is tied for first place in the Atlantic Coast Conference. The latter? That would be Syracuse (10-6), which sits dead last in the ACC.
Who says so? The good folks at Bovada, who have released their updated odds in the matter of the NCAA Tournament, still more than two months removed from its start.
