Such will be the case this weekend and beyond as Boeheim’s Army makes its way down to New York to compete in The Basketball Tournament. East End — stationed on Manhattan’s Upper East Side on 1st avenue between 86th and 87th streets — will be watch HQ throughout the winner-take-all, $2.0 million tournament.
