Former Syracuse midfielder Mo Adams traded to Atlanta United

In the fall of 2016, two standout players trotted out for the Syracuse Orange men’s soccer team. In the summer of 2019, those two players will be reunited at Atlanta United. Per reports from Paul Tenorio, Mo Adams, the former stalwart defensive midfielder for the Orange, was traded to Atlanta United from the Chicago Fire. The move will put him back on the roster with a familiar name, in Miles Robinson.

Adams played for the Orange from 2016-17. He left early to be offered a Generation Adidas contract, and was the tenth overall draft pick in the 2018 MLS Superdraft, taken by the Chicago Fire.
