Syracuse, N.Y. -- The Kittell Kitchen was open for business on Tuesday night.
But only for those wearing the blue and orange of the Florida Gators.
Deep in the heart of Syracuse lacrosse country, Dave and Christine Kittell hosted a Florida feast in their home on Onondaga Hill. The Gators women's team, in town to take on Syracuse University on Wednesday, were the honored dinnered guests.
Two of those Gators players, sophomore twins Madisyn and Kenzii Kittell, lived in that house when they starred for West Genesee. But then they took their lacrosse talents to Florida, setting up something of a group homecoming Tuesday.
