Syracuse, N.Y. -- TD Ierlan clearly was looking for some solitude on Wednesday afternoon.
Ierlan eased into Cicero-North Syracuse High School to watch his former high school team, Victor, take on East Syracuse Minoa in a state high school lacrosse game.
But instead of wading into the crowd of Victor backers in the main grandstand, Ierlan walked all away around to the opposite side of the complex to sit almost completely by himself in another set of bleachers.
The move worked for a couple of hours as Ierlan had the quiet he values. But such calm will likely be short-lived.
