SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Jesse Edwards has signed a National Letter of Intent (NLI) to play basketball for Syracuse next season, according to the University.
Edwards, a 6-11, 215 center, is a member of the IMG Academy (Fla.) Post-Grad team led by Coach John Rhodes. A native of Amsterdam, Netherlands, Edwards arrived in the U.S. in December 2019, and enrolled at IMG Academy at that time.
He has an older brother, Kai Edwards, who is finishing his junior year at Northern Colorado. Kai Edwards played in 29-of-38 contests for the Bears this past season.
