'Cuse Can't Overcome 31 From Wright, Lose 84-77 at Georgia Tech

ATLANTA, Ga. – A 31-point, 16-rebound double-double from Moses Wright propelled Georgia Tech (13-8, 9-6) to an 84-77 victory against Syracuse (13-8, 7-7) on Saturday afternoon at McCamish Pavilion.

HOW THE GAME WAS DECIDED
The Yellow Jackets held a one-point advantage with 13:05 to play before a 23-10 scoring stretch ballooned the Tech lead to 75-61 with 4:35 remaining in the contest. Wright provided 13 points during the stretch.

Alan Griffin led the Orange with 26 points, 20 of which came in the first half. He finished two points shy of his career-high 28 points, which came at Pittsburgh on January 16.
